These terms apply when you buy from goldenhands.co.uk. Please read them before you order.

About us

Goldenhands is the trading name of Goldenhands Gift Shop Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13875293. Our registered office is 39 High Street, Battle, East Sussex, TN33 0EE, and our shop is at 30 George Street, Hastings, TN34 3EA. You can reach us on 01424 439674 or at contact@goldenhands.co.uk.

Your order

You order by adding items to your basket and paying through the checkout. You can check and change your order at the checkout before you pay. When you've ordered, we'll email you a copy of your order. Our contract with you starts when we email to say your order is on its way, and it is in English. If we can't supply something, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is charged at the rates shown at checkout and in our shipping policy. If a price on our website is wrong, we'll contact you before sending your order, and you can choose whether to go ahead.

If we send your order outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties or taxes when it arrives. These aren't included in our prices.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times and costs are in our shipping policy. You can return most items within 30 days, and our refund policy explains how.

Our products

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Crystals, fossils and other one-off pieces vary in colour, size, shape and markings, so yours may differ a little from the photo. Sizes are approximate.

Your legal rights

You have legal rights when goods are faulty, not as described or delivered late, and nothing in these terms affects them. Citizens Advice can explain them.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for any loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We don't exclude or limit our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We sell our products for personal and household use, so we're not responsible for business losses.

Events outside our control

If something outside our control delays your order, we'll let you know as soon as we can. If the delay is long, you can cancel and we'll refund you in full for anything you haven't received.

Using this website

The words and photographs on this website belong to us or to the people who license them to us, so please don't copy them without asking. Links to other websites are there for your information, and we don't control those websites.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.
